CSA Week 12

This was really an all-or-nothing kind of week!

  • Eggplant: 100% (made baba ganouj)
  • Cucumber: 100%
  • Tomatoes: 100%
  • Peaches: 100%
  • Melon: 100%
  • Kale: 0% (but it’s washed and ready for a new recipe that I’m going to try)
  • Carrots: 0%
  • Lettuce: 0%
  • Oregano: 0%
Here’s what I’ll be eating this week…lucky me I get a whole melon to myself!
